The Bulk Sync with Companies House feature in Remindoo allows accounting firms to update multiple client records at once with the latest data from Companies House. This ensures accurate company information while reducing manual data entry.
Single or Bulk Client Selection
From the Client Management module (Clients menu), firms can:
- Select an individual client by ticking the box next to their name
- Select multiple specific clients
- Use the main tick box at the top to select all clients
Once selected, a small pop-up action menu appears. By choosing the “Sync with Companies House” option, the system initiates the data synchronisation process.
Automated Company Data Integration
When synced, Remindoo pulls the latest available company information directly from Companies House and updates the client record accordingly. This may include updates to:
- Company name
- Registered address
- Company status
- Officer details
- Other publicly available statutory data
