Use date-based reports, shared filters, interactive metrics and CSV exports to understand what is happening across your practice.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
One Dashboard for Your Entire Accounting Practice
An accounting practice dashboard brings your practice's reporting into one place. Remindoo has seven reporting sections you move between without spreadsheets or separate systems.
- Tasks
- Timesheet
- Capacity Planning
- Leads
- Proposals
- Employee & Services
- Client Summary
- Operational visibility and deadline monitoring
- Workload, time and utilisation reporting
- New-business and service performance
- Client growth and employee-level insights
Customise the Dashboard for Each Role
- Choose which sections appear and enable several at once
- At least one section stays enabled, with a selected-section count
- Save your chosen configuration
- Available sections depend on Roles and Permissions
For example, a practice owner may need client growth, revenue and capacity reporting, while a team member may need task, timesheet and workload information.

Why practice reporting matters
You cannot manage what you cannot see. A practice dashboard turns day-to-day work into numbers owners and managers can act on.
Early warning on deadlines
Seeing overdue and upcoming work across the firm lets you step in before a penalty is at risk.
Informed hiring decisions
Client growth and workload trends show when it is time to recruit.
Understand your client mix
Clients by type show which services and sectors drive your practice.
Accountable teams
Shared reports make performance discussions factual and fair.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Review the dashboard at the same time every week with team leads.
- Track overdue tasks as a trend, not a single number.
- Compare client growth with team capacity before taking on large new clients.
