The Practice Dashboard: Every Job, Every Deadline, One Screen
Partners shouldn't need a status meeting to know where the practice stands. Remindoo's dashboard turns your live task data into a one-screen view of workflow stages, overdue work, internal and statutory deadline adherence, invoices waiting to be raised and who on the team is overloaded — filterable by service line and date range.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.

Six workflow stages at a glance
Info Requested, Work in Progress, Under Review, With Client, Filed / Completed and Overdue, each with a live count. Service chips across the top show how many jobs sit in Accounts, VAT, Payroll, Self Assessment, Confirmation Statements, Bookkeeping, CIS, Corporation Tax, AML / ID, Proposals, Formation and Others.
Focus on one service line
Click a service chip (here Self Assessment) and every tile, chart and table recalculates for that service only — ideal for January Self Assessment or a VAT quarter-end push.
Click any tile to see the jobs behind it
A tile opens the exact task list behind the number — task, assignee, client, service, status, progress status and deadlines — with sub-status chips, search and Export CSV.
Deadline adherence, invoices pending and work at risk
Internal Adherence (internal deadlines completed on time), External Adherence (statutory deadlines missed), Invoice Pending (work approved or held awaiting an invoice) and At Risk (filed externally or closed with notes).
Service performance trend
Below, a 14-week trend of Completed vs WIP vs Overdue and quick metrics: average days to completion, year ends this period and work awaiting QA.
See who is collaborating
Checklists checked, comments added and notes added by day and by employee, with CSV export — useful evidence of review and supervision.
Team capacity and load
For each team member: completed, WIP, waiting and overdue jobs and a load bar, so you can rebalance work before deadlines slip.
Choose your dashboard sections
Switch dashboard sections on or off (Tasks, Timesheet, Capacity Planning, Leads, Proposals, Employee & Services, Client Summary). Which sections a user can see follows their role in Roles & Permissions.
Filter by team, employee or date
One filter applies across all dashboard tabs: filter by Team, Employee or Date.
Date ranges that stick
Presets (All time, Today, Yesterday, This/Last/Next week, This/Last month, Last 3 months, Last 12 weeks) or a custom range, saved as your default.

Why practice reporting matters
You cannot manage what you cannot see. A practice dashboard turns day-to-day work into numbers owners and managers can act on.
Early warning on deadlines
Seeing overdue and upcoming work across the firm lets you step in before a penalty is at risk.
Informed hiring decisions
Client growth and workload trends show when it is time to recruit.
Understand your client mix
Clients by type show which services and sectors drive your practice.
Accountable teams
Shared reports make performance discussions factual and fair.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Review the dashboard at the same time every week with team leads.
- Track overdue tasks as a trend, not a single number.
- Compare client growth with team capacity before taking on large new clients.
