The problem
Scrolling for a client
Several hundred clients and no quick way to reach the one on the phone right now.
Too many columns to read
The spreadsheet has forty columns, so nobody reads any of them and the important ones get missed.
Simple questions take an afternoon
Which clients still have no AML check? There is no way to ask that without building a report by hand.
How Remindoo fixes it
Who it's for
Practice owners
See the state of the client base without asking three people.
Practice managers
Run onboarding, AML and deadlines the same way every time.
Team leads
Know who owns each client and each service before the deadline.
Bookkeepers
Find the client, the contact and the records in one place.

Why it matters for UK accountancy practices
A practice's client list is where most questions start. Who has accounts due at Companies House this month? Which Self Assessment clients have not sent records with 31 January approaching? Which clients are still without a completed AML check?
Answering those from a spreadsheet means building a view by hand each time, and the answer is only as current as the last time someone updated it. Filtering a live list means the answer reflects the position today.
Column control matters just as much. A partner watching filing risk, a manager planning the week and a bookkeeper working a portfolio each need a different handful of fields — and a list people can actually read is one they keep using through the busy season.

Frequently asked questions
Use the global search on the Clients list. It matches as you type, so you can find a client by name or keyword without scrolling or building a filter. For anything more specific, the filter builder lets you combine conditions across fields.
Yes. The list sorts A–Z or Z–A by Name, Email, UTR and other columns, so you can order the list by whichever field you are working from. Sorting works alongside any filters you have applied.
Yes. Column visibility is grouped into Client & Personal Information, Status & Workflow, Service Fields, Deadlines & Important Dates, Financial Details and Additional Client Fields, so you can switch on the fields your role needs and turn the rest off. Preferences can be saved.
A frozen column stays in view while you scroll sideways through the rest of the table. That keeps the client's name or another key field visible when you are reading compliance and deadline columns further to the right.
Yes. The filter builder lets you layer multiple conditions, such as email and assignee, then use Save & Apply. Saved filters appear as chips above the list, so the views you use every day are one click away.
Yes. Compliance and deadline columns include AML Risk Level, AML Digital Verification, Accounts Due, CS Due and Verified On. Switch them on and filter the list to see, for example, clients whose verification is outstanding or whose accounts are due soon.

Everyone sees the same services, contacts, deadlines and notes for each client.
Accurate deadlines
Companies House sync brings in company details and filing dates, reducing manual errors.
Better client service
A full timeline means anyone can answer a client question with the history in front of them.
Secure document sharing
A client portal is safer than sending financial documents as email attachments.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Import companies from Companies House rather than typing details by hand.
- Record every service a client takes, so recurring work is created automatically.
- Add a short note after every important client call.
- Ask clients to upload documents through the portal rather than by email.
