Client Services, Deadlines and Reminders
Add services like VAT, payroll, CT600 and Self Assessment to each client. Key dates, subtasks and reminders are set up so no deadline is missed.
Add the services you provide to each client and let the key dates, subtasks and reminders come with them.
Client services and deadlines in Remindoo let an accountancy practice attach the work it does — VAT, payroll, CT600, Self Assessment and more — to each client. Every service brings its own subtasks, preset reminders and key dates, with an assigned team or employee responsible for it.

The problem
Spreadsheets that go stale
The deadline tracker was accurate the day it was built. Now nobody is sure whether the dates have been updated since the last year end.
Setting up every job by hand
Each new service means building the same tasks and reminders again, and the version you build depends on who happened to do it.
Nobody clearly owns it
A client has VAT, payroll and a tax return with the firm, and it is not written down anywhere who is responsible for which.
How Remindoo fixes it

How it works in Remindoo
Add services to the client. Each service shows how many subtasks and preset reminders it will create.
Choose from services such as CIS, Confirmation Statement, Payroll, Personal Tax Return and VAT.
For companies, key dates are pre-filled from Companies House.
Set frequency, estimated time and service dates, such as for a Personal Tax Return.
Assign the team or employees responsible for the service.
Review the client's services with pending tasks, assignees and reminders.
Add more services later from the client profile.
Why it matters for UK accountancy practices
A UK practice works to a calendar it does not control. Self Assessment returns are due online by 31 January, a Company Tax Return (CT600) is due 12 months after the end of the accounting period, a confirmation statement is required at least once every 12 months, VAT returns fall under Making Tax Digital, and payroll has to be reported to HMRC under RTI.
Holding those dates against the service rather than in a separate tracker is what keeps them true. When a client's year end changes, the service and its dates change with it, instead of leaving a spreadsheet row quietly pointing at last year's deadline.
It also makes the firm's commitments legible. A partner can see which services each client is engaged for, who owns them and what is still pending, which is the only reliable basis for planning capacity across a busy season.

Frequently asked questions
Add each service you provide to the client record. The service carries its own key dates, subtasks and preset reminders, and for company clients the key dates are pre-filled from Companies House. The client's services table then shows pending tasks, assignees and reminders in one view.
Yes. Every service in the list shows how many subtasks and preset reminders it will create before you add it, so you know what is being set up. Once added, those reminders belong to that client's service rather than to an individual's own diary.
For company clients, yes. Key dates are pre-filled from Companies House when you set the service up, which removes the need to look up and retype accounts and confirmation statement dates for every company on your list.
Yes. When you set up a service you can assign a team or individual employees to it. The assignment appears in the client's services table alongside pending tasks and reminders, so responsibility is visible rather than assumed.
The service list includes Accounts – Year End + CT600, ATED, Bookkeeping, CIS Contractor and Sub-Contractor, Confirmation Statement, Payroll, Personal Tax Return (SATR) and VAT, among others. You set the frequency, estimated time and service dates for each one.
Yes. Services can be added at any time from the client profile, so a client who starts with year-end accounts and later asks for payroll or VAT simply gains another service — with its own dates, subtasks and reminders — on the same record.
