Proposals
Personalised Proposal Documents
Once the pricing is ready, Remindoo loads it into your letter of engagement. Client details and the services breakdown are filled in automatically.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Once pricing is agreed, Remindoo loads it into your letter of engagement. A "Proposal Loaded" badge in the Documents Builder confirms the proposal and its total have been pulled in. Merge fields are replaced with the client's details. In the sample, the letter is prepared for Oakridge Dental Practice Ltd, with its email, its address in Guildford and the date created, all without anyone typing them. Further into the document, the pricing table becomes a Services Breakdown. Each service is listed with its name, description, fee, quantity and total, taken straight from the proposal. One example is "Self Assessment tax returns for both partners, including dividend and rental income", another the confirmation statement with the Companies House filing fee included. Because scope and fees come from the same record, the engagement letter matches what was quoted. That clarity about what is and isn't included protects you from scope creep and fee disputes later. The toolbar keeps Header & Footer, Templates, Library, Variables, Edit Mode and Save Proposal to hand for last-minute changes. From the list, Preview opens the finished document, and Download PDF saves a copy for your records.

Why tracking leads and proposals matters
Every enquiry a practice fails to follow up is lost fee income. A clear pipeline shows which prospects need a reply, a proposal or a follow-up.
Faster replies
Prospects often contact more than one firm, so the firm that replies first and clearly has an advantage.
Consistent proposals
Templates and a services catalogue keep scope and pricing consistent whoever writes the proposal.
Signed terms from day one
E-signed engagement letters confirm scope and responsibilities before work begins.
No re-keying
Converting a won lead into a client keeps the details you already collected.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Reply to every new enquiry within one working day.
- Use lead statuses that match your real sales stages, and review them weekly.
- Send the engagement letter with the proposal so the client signs once.
- Record why lost leads were lost, to improve pricing and messaging.
