Proposals
Every Proposal in One List
The Proposals list is where your practice sees new business at a glance. Status tabs show live counts, and each row shows the proposal, the lead, its value, who created it, who sent it and when.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Proposal tracking for accountants starts with one list everyone trusts. The Remindoo Proposals list shows every proposal and letter of engagement with status tabs and live counts. In the sample there are 91 in total: 21 Draft, 37 Sent and 33 Signed. Each row shows the proposal name, the lead it was prepared for, its status badge, the fee, who created it, who sent it and the creation and sent dates. Proposal Name, Lead name, Pricing and Creation Date can be sorted, so you can bring the largest fees or the oldest drafts to the top. Click the Signed tab and the list narrows to accepted engagements only, each with its fee, the employee who sent it and the date it went out. That is useful for checking that onboarding has started on every new client and for reviewing who is winning work. Over time, abandoned drafts and test documents build up. Tick them and a bulk bar appears with a counter and buttons to archive or delete them together. A tidy list keeps your counts, values and reports accurate, and lets a practice manager see the state of new business in one view.

Why tracking leads and proposals matters
Every enquiry a practice fails to follow up is lost fee income. A clear pipeline shows which prospects need a reply, a proposal or a follow-up.
Faster replies
Prospects often contact more than one firm, so the firm that replies first and clearly has an advantage.
Consistent proposals
Templates and a services catalogue keep scope and pricing consistent whoever writes the proposal.
Signed terms from day one
E-signed engagement letters confirm scope and responsibilities before work begins.
No re-keying
Converting a won lead into a client keeps the details you already collected.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Reply to every new enquiry within one working day.
- Use lead statuses that match your real sales stages, and review them weekly.
- Send the engagement letter with the proposal so the client signs once.
- Record why lost leads were lost, to improve pricing and messaging.
