  • Click on the task for which you want to create subtasks.
  • A menu will pop up at the top.

 

2. Add Subtasks 0:13

  • Click on the button to add subtasks.

 

3. Create New Subtask 0:22

  • On the right-hand side, click on ‘Create New Subtask’.
  • Enter the information for the subtask.

 

4. Set Deadline and Time Allocation 0:36

  • Optionally, set a deadline for the subtask.
  • Allocate time for the subtask (e.g., 45 minutes).

 

5. Add Steps to the Subtask 0:47

  • You can add multiple steps to the subtask to make it easier for your team.
  • For example, if the task has three steps, include them.

 

6. Save the Subtask 1:00

  • Click on ‘Save’ to preview how the task will look.
