Add/Delete Multiple Services
The Add/Delete Multiple Services feature in Remindoo allows accounting firms to efficiently manage client services directly from the Client Profile. Firms can remove multiple services in a single action and add new services individually as needed, ensuring flexibility and control over client engagements.
Centralised Service Management
From the Clients menu, simply:
- Click on a client
- Open the Client Profile
- Navigate to the Services section
Here, you can view all services acquired by the client, such as Personal Tax Return, CT600, and other accounting services. This centralised view provides complete clarity over the client’s active engagements.
Bulk Service Deletion
Remindoo allows firms to remove multiple services at once for greater efficiency.
- Use the tick box at the top left of the services table to select all services
- Or select individual services manually
- Delete them in a single action
This bulk action capability saves time, particularly when restructuring service packages or updating client agreements.
Individual Service Addition
To add new services, use the “+ Add Services” button located at the top right of the Services section. Services can be added individually, allowing firms to:
- Customise service packages per client
- Expand services as client needs grow
- Maintain precise control over active engagements
