View Completed & Archived Tasks
In accounting firms, completed work must remain accessible. Compliance reviews, client queries, audits, and internal evaluations often require revisiting past tasks. Remindoo View Completed & Archived Tasks feature ensures no work disappears but it simply moves into a structured historical view. This feature can be accessed from the Tasks Page, located in the top-right filter section.
Complete Section
The Complete section contains tasks that have been fully finished. A task appears in the Complete section when:
- The Task Status is set to Completed
- (Optionally) The Progress Status is set to Invoice Paid & Completed, if applicable to that job
This is especially useful for billable accounting work, where completion may be tied to invoicing and payment confirmation.

How a Task Moves to Archived
After a task has been completed, you can change its Status to Archived. Once marked as Archived:
- It is removed from active and completed task lists
- It moves into the Archived section
- It remains stored in the system for historical reference
When to Archive a Task
Accounting firms typically archive tasks when:
- A compliance cycle is fully closed
- Documentation is finalised
- Invoicing is settled
- No further follow-ups are required
- The engagement period has ended
Archiving keeps your workspace clean while preserving data.
