Bulk Snooze
The Bulk Snooze feature allows you to pause multiple tasks at once. Instead of snoozing tasks individually, you can select several tasks or all tasks and move them to the Snooze section in one action. This feature is especially useful when managing shifting priorities, project delays, or external dependencies that affect multiple tasks simultaneously.
What Bulk Snooze Does
When you apply Bulk Snooze:
- All selected tasks are moved to the Snooze section.
- They are removed from active task views (Not Started, In-Progress, Awaiting Feedback, etc.).
- Task details, progress, comments, attachments, and history remain unchanged.
- Tasks can be reactivated at any time.
Only their visibility within the active workflow changes.
How Bulk Snooze Works
- Navigate to the Tasks Menu.
- Use the tick box above the task list to:
- Select all tasks at once, or
- Manually select specific tasks.
- Click on the Snooze option.
- Confirm the action (if prompted).
All selected tasks will then move to the Snooze section instantly.
When to Use Bulk Snooze
Bulk Snooze is useful in situations such as:
