The Client Journey feature in Remindoo allows accounting firms to track the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing services, in a single and centralised view. This provides complete visibility into every interaction, update, and milestone related to a client.

Easy Access from Client Profile

To view the Client Journey:

  1. Go to the Client List
  2. Click on the client’s name to open the Client Card
  3. Select “Go to Client Profile”
  4. In the modal titled “Preview – [Client Name]”, choose “Client Timeline” from the left-side options

This opens a complete timeline of the client’s activity up to the present day.

Flexible Timeline Sorting

Remindoo allows you to customise how the timeline is displayed:

  • Newest First – Displays the most recent activities at the top
  • Oldest First – Starts from the earliest actions, such as onboarding

This flexibility helps firms review client history.

Filter by Event Type

Use the “Filter by Event” dropdown to focus on specific activity types. This enables you to:

  • Review onboarding milestones
  • Check service updates
  • Monitor task-related activity
  • Analyse communication records

Filtering ensures you can quickly locate relevant information without scrolling through the entire timeline.

Add Internal Notes

You can also add contextual information directly to the timeline by clicking the “+ Add Notes” button in the top-right corner. This allows firms to:
