Leads
Track Every Lead in One List
The Leads list is the home of your sales pipeline. Status tabs across the top show how many leads sit in each stage, and every row shows the lead name, date created, assignees, email, source and status.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Lead tracking for accountants works best when every enquiry has one clear status the whole team understands. The Remindoo Leads list puts those statuses across the top as tabs with live counts. A manager can open the page on Monday morning and see 35 new leads, one in progress and one not responding without building a report. Each row shows the lead name, creation date, owner, email, how the lead arrived (the Source column, for example Manual) and its current status. Click a lead name and a quick view opens with the email, status, lead handler, phone number and enquiry notes, for example a limited company asking for annual accounts, CT600 and quarterly VAT returns. From there you can open the full profile, edit the lead, create a proposal, update the status, send an email or add a timeline note. Changing status is a simple dialog: existing status on the left, searchable new status on the right. Every change is written to the lead's timeline, which gives you a reliable record of how each prospect moved through the pipeline when several people handle new business.
All your leads, with status counts at a glance
Status tabs such as New Lead, In-Progress, Wants to talk to an accountant, Not Responding, Converted to Client, Archived, Cold Lead and Warm Lead let you jump straight to the leads in each stage. Each row shows who owns the lead, how it arrived and where it sits in your pipeline.

Why tracking leads and proposals matters
Every enquiry a practice fails to follow up is lost fee income. A clear pipeline shows which prospects need a reply, a proposal or a follow-up.
Faster replies
Prospects often contact more than one firm, so the firm that replies first and clearly has an advantage.
Consistent proposals
Templates and a services catalogue keep scope and pricing consistent whoever writes the proposal.
Signed terms from day one
E-signed engagement letters confirm scope and responsibilities before work begins.
No re-keying
Converting a won lead into a client keeps the details you already collected.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Reply to every new enquiry within one working day.
- Use lead statuses that match your real sales stages, and review them weekly.
- Send the engagement letter with the proposal so the client signs once.
- Record why lost leads were lost, to improve pricing and messaging.
