Proposals
Price Every Proposal Consistently
Fee consistency is one of the biggest challenges in a growing practice. Remindoo prices proposals from your own service catalogue, so every partner and manager quotes the same way.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
How to price accounting services consistently is one of the biggest questions in a growing practice. When each partner quotes from memory, fees drift and margins suffer. Remindoo prices every proposal from your own catalogue. On the Pricing step, Products opens a picker. You choose a client-type category such as Private Limited Company, click Add on services like year-end accounts, partner hourly rate or confirmation statement, set quantities and watch the running total before adding them. Services priced by turnover open a bracket picker. For Limited Company Year End Accounts, the brackets run from £0 to £20,000 up to £501,000+. You tick the one that fits and Remindoo applies the matching fee. The Products and Pricing table then lists each service with frequency, an editable fee and quantity, a total and a description, for example Self Assessment returns for both partners. Below it, the summary shows the subtotal, a Fixed or percentage discount, Total Exc. VAT, VAT % (here 20) and Total Inc. VAT. Packages adds good-better-best options. Proposal pricing for accountants becomes repeatable, transparent and easy for a partner to review before sending.
Add services by client type
Choose a category such as Private Limited Company, LLP or Self Assessment and add services like year-end accounts, personal tax returns and confirmation statements. Set quantities and see the running total before you add them.

Why organised billing matters for accounting firms
Late or missed invoices quietly damage cash flow. Linking billing to the services you have agreed with each client makes it easier to charge for all the work you deliver.
Healthier cash flow
Invoices raised on time, with a clear record of what is outstanding, reduce the time spent chasing payment.
Fewer missed charges
When fees are tied to agreed services, one-off extras and recurring work are less likely to be forgotten.
Fewer fee disputes
Clients who signed a proposal or engagement letter setting out the fee are less likely to challenge an invoice.
Better pricing decisions
Seeing what each client pays alongside the work involved shows where fees need reviewing.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Agree fees in a signed proposal or engagement letter before work starts.
- Keep your services catalogue up to date, so prices on new proposals are consistent.
- Review unpaid invoices every week, not only at month end.
- Review fees annually, and be ready to explain changes in scope.
