Proposals
From Lead to Proposal in One Click
Speed matters when a prospect is ready to engage. Open any lead and click Create Proposal. Remindoo opens the proposal wizard with the lead already selected.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Speed matters when a prospect is ready to engage. The longer the gap between the call and the proposal, the more likely they are to look elsewhere. Remindoo links the Leads and Proposals modules so you can go from one to the other in a click. Open any lead, for example by searching the Leads list for Fenwick, and the quick view shows the lead's email, status (here Warm Lead), lead handler, phone number, business website and notes. The buttons beside it include Create Proposal, alongside Go to Lead Profile, Edit Lead Profile, Update Lead Status, Send Lead Email, Add Timeline Note and Delete Lead. Click Create Proposal and the wizard opens with the lead already selected. Name, email and mobile number are filled in, so you only add the template, turnover and address before moving to pricing. The proposal stays linked to the lead, and the lead name appears in the proposals list, Kanban cards and proposal quick view. For practices using Remindoo as a CRM for accountants, it is one continuous record from enquiry to signed engagement, without copying details between systems.
Create Proposal from the lead quick view
The lead quick view shows the lead's email, status, lead handler and phone number, with buttons to go to the lead profile, edit it, create a proposal, update the status, send an email or add a timeline note.

Why tracking leads and proposals matters
Every enquiry a practice fails to follow up is lost fee income. A clear pipeline shows which prospects need a reply, a proposal or a follow-up.
Faster replies
Prospects often contact more than one firm, so the firm that replies first and clearly has an advantage.
Consistent proposals
Templates and a services catalogue keep scope and pricing consistent whoever writes the proposal.
Signed terms from day one
E-signed engagement letters confirm scope and responsibilities before work begins.
No re-keying
Converting a won lead into a client keeps the details you already collected.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Reply to every new enquiry within one working day.
- Use lead statuses that match your real sales stages, and review them weekly.
- Send the engagement letter with the proposal so the client signs once.
- Record why lost leads were lost, to improve pricing and messaging.
