Billing, AML Balance and Subscription
View your AML balance and plan, top up, change plan, manage your subscription and review billing history.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Practice owners need to see what they are paying for without hunting for it. In Remindoo, the account menu in the top right shows your AML balance and current plan at a glance, with links to change plan, top up the balance, manage your subscription and view billing history.
The AML balance is shown as a pound amount labelled "AML Balance available". Keeping it topped up means checks are available when you onboard a new client, which supports your AML obligations and avoids delays at the point you most want a smooth start. Because the balance sits in the header on every page, staff and owners can see it while they work.
Plan details are just as visible. The plan name appears under the balance, with a button to change plan. Subscription and Billing History are a click away, which makes it simple to reconcile software costs, check invoices at month end or year end, and keep an eye on overheads.
For firms that track the cost of their tools carefully, this transparency is useful: there are no hidden settings pages to find and no need to contact support to see what you have been charged.

Why organised billing matters for accounting firms
Late or missed invoices quietly damage cash flow. Linking billing to the services you have agreed with each client makes it easier to charge for all the work you deliver.
Healthier cash flow
Invoices raised on time, with a clear record of what is outstanding, reduce the time spent chasing payment.
Fewer missed charges
When fees are tied to agreed services, one-off extras and recurring work are less likely to be forgotten.
Fewer fee disputes
Clients who signed a proposal or engagement letter setting out the fee are less likely to challenge an invoice.
Better pricing decisions
Seeing what each client pays alongside the work involved shows where fees need reviewing.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Agree fees in a signed proposal or engagement letter before work starts.
- Keep your services catalogue up to date, so prices on new proposals are consistent.
- Review unpaid invoices every week, not only at month end.
- Review fees annually, and be ready to explain changes in scope.
