Snooze Tasks

The Snooze Task feature allows you to temporarily pause a task without deleting it or marking it as completed. This is useful when a task cannot be worked on immediately but needs to be revisited later.

Snoozed tasks are moved out of your active workflow and can be accessed from the Snooze section in the Tasks menu.

What Snooze Task Does

When you snooze a task:

  • The task is temporarily removed from active task views (such as Not Started or In-Progress).
  • It is placed under the Snooze section.
  • The task details, progress, comments, and history remain unchanged.
  • The task can be reactivated at any time.

This helps keep your task list clean and focused on immediate priorities.

How to Snooze a Task

  1. Go to the Tasks Menu.
  2. Select the task using its tick box.
  3. Click on the Snooze Task option.
  4. Confirm the action (if prompted).

The selected task will now appear in the Snooze section.

When to Use Snooze Task

  • Waiting for client response
  • Pending approval or feedback
  • Task dependent on another task
  • Temporary deprioritisation
  • Resource or information unavailable
