Remindoo + Adfin Integration

Connect Adfin for payment collection and credit control built for accountants. Manage the client, the work and the deadlines in Remindoo while Adfin does what it does best.

Remindoo works with Adfin for collecting fees and keeping credit control consistent.

What you can do with Adfin

  • Automate fee collection
  • Keep payment chasing consistent
  • Give the team visibility of what is owed

How the Adfin connection works

What happens between Remindoo and Adfin once the connection is switched on.

01

Fee collection built for accountants

Connect Adfin and fees can be collected and chased through a service designed for professional firms.

02

Consistent chasing

Chasing follows a set pattern rather than depending on who has time, which keeps the tone consistent across clients.

03

Visible to the team

What is owed and what has been collected stays visible beside the client and the work.

What this changes in your practice

  • Fee collection handled in a consistent way
  • Less partner time spent on credit control
  • Clear view of who owes what
  • Works alongside card and Direct Debit options

Connecting Adfin

Setting the connection up takes a few minutes and can be undone at any time.

  1. Open Integrations in your practice settings and choose Adfin.
  2. Sign in to your Adfin account and approve access.
  3. Choose which fees are collected through Adfin.
  4. Review the chasing schedule before switching it on.

Adfin integration questions

Does Adfin replace Stripe or GoCardless?

Not necessarily. Firms often use more than one, depending on how each client prefers to pay.

Do I need a separate Adfin subscription?

Yes. Remindoo connects to your own Adfin account, so you keep your existing Adfin plan and billing.

Can I switch the connection off later?

Yes. A connection can be disconnected in your practice settings at any time, and the records already in Remindoo stay where they are.

Built for UK practice growth

Every deadline. Every client. One system.

Start with the workflows that cause the most chasing, then bring leads, AML, proposals and clients into the same calm operating system.

Why recording every task matters in an accountancy practice

Accounting firms run on deadlines: VAT returns, payroll, confirmation statements, accounts and Self Assessment. Recording every job as a task, with an owner and a date, is the simplest way to make sure nothing is missed.

Avoid penalties

HMRC and Companies House charge penalties for late filing. A task for every deadline, with an internal date before it, gives the team a buffer.

Nothing depends on memory

Recorded tasks mean work continues when someone is off sick, on leave or has left the firm.

Consistent quality

Subtask checklists make every job follow the same steps and reviews, whoever does the work.

Visibility for managers

Filters by owner, status and deadline show at a glance what is late, what is due and who needs help.

Practical tips from UK practice

  • Set an internal deadline two to four weeks before every statutory deadline.
  • Use recurring tasks for repeat work such as VAT, payroll and bookkeeping.
  • Break larger jobs into subtasks, including a review step.
  • Comment on the task instead of by email, so the history stays with the work.
