Remindoo + Claude Integration

Use Claude inside your practice workflow to draft and summarise faster. Manage the client, the work and the deadlines in Remindoo while Claude does what it does best.

Your practice connects its own Claude account so Remindoo's assistant can draft and summarise.

What you can do with Claude

  • Draft client emails
  • Summarise documents
  • Speed up routine writing

How the Claude connection works

What happens between Remindoo and Claude once the connection is switched on.

01

Your own AI account

Your practice connects its own provider account, and the provider may charge separately for use.

02

Documents and notes summarised

Ask questions about an uploaded document or shorten a long note into something you can work from.

03

Always reviewed by a person

Output is a draft. Your team reads and edits before it reaches a client.

What this changes in your practice

  • Quicker reading of long documents
  • Faster drafts of routine correspondence
  • Consistent wording across the practice
  • Less time spent on repetitive writing

Connecting Claude

Setting the connection up takes a few minutes and can be undone at any time.

  1. Open Integrations in your practice settings and choose Claude.
  2. Add your own provider details.
  3. Set which staff can use the assistant.
  4. Agree that drafts are reviewed before anything is sent.

Claude integration questions

Is AI use included in the Remindoo price?

No. You connect your own provider, and that provider may charge separately.

Can it answer from a client document?

Yes, answers can be based on the document you upload, and your team checks them before relying on them.

Built for UK practice growth

Every deadline. Every client. One system.

Start with the workflows that cause the most chasing, then bring leads, AML, proposals and clients into the same calm operating system.

Why recording every task matters in an accountancy practice

Accounting firms run on deadlines: VAT returns, payroll, confirmation statements, accounts and Self Assessment. Recording every job as a task, with an owner and a date, is the simplest way to make sure nothing is missed.

Avoid penalties

HMRC and Companies House charge penalties for late filing. A task for every deadline, with an internal date before it, gives the team a buffer.

Nothing depends on memory

Recorded tasks mean work continues when someone is off sick, on leave or has left the firm.

Consistent quality

Subtask checklists make every job follow the same steps and reviews, whoever does the work.

Visibility for managers

Filters by owner, status and deadline show at a glance what is late, what is due and who needs help.

Practical tips from UK practice

  • Set an internal deadline two to four weeks before every statutory deadline.
  • Use recurring tasks for repeat work such as VAT, payroll and bookkeeping.
  • Break larger jobs into subtasks, including a review step.
  • Comment on the task instead of by email, so the history stays with the work.
