Remindoo + PayPal Integration

Let clients pay using PayPal. Manage the client, the work and the deadlines in Remindoo while PayPal does what it does best.

Remindoo offers PayPal as a way for clients to settle your invoice.

What you can do with PayPal

  • Offer clients a familiar way to pay
  • Record payments against the client
  • Reduce time spent chasing

How the PayPal connection works

What happens between Remindoo and PayPal once the connection is switched on.

01

A familiar payment option

Connect PayPal and your invoices can be paid through an account many clients already have.

02

Recorded against the client

The payment is recorded against the invoice and the client, so the fee position is clear.

03

Fewer chasing emails

Scheduled reminders handle the follow-up on anything still outstanding.

What this changes in your practice

  • Clients pay in a way they already trust
  • Payments recorded against the right client
  • Less manual chasing of small fees
  • Works alongside your other payment methods

Connecting PayPal

Setting the connection up takes a few minutes and can be undone at any time.

  1. Open Integrations in your practice settings and choose PayPal.
  2. Sign in to your PayPal business account and approve access.
  3. Decide which invoices offer PayPal.
  4. Test with a small invoice before using it with clients.

PayPal integration questions

Who charges the transaction fee?

PayPal does, under your own PayPal agreement.

Do I need a separate PayPal subscription?

Yes. Remindoo connects to your own PayPal account, so you keep your existing PayPal plan and billing.

Can I switch the connection off later?

Yes. A connection can be disconnected in your practice settings at any time, and the records already in Remindoo stay where they are.

Built for UK practice growth

Every deadline. Every client. One system.

Start with the workflows that cause the most chasing, then bring leads, AML, proposals and clients into the same calm operating system.

Why recording every task matters in an accountancy practice

Accounting firms run on deadlines: VAT returns, payroll, confirmation statements, accounts and Self Assessment. Recording every job as a task, with an owner and a date, is the simplest way to make sure nothing is missed.

Avoid penalties

HMRC and Companies House charge penalties for late filing. A task for every deadline, with an internal date before it, gives the team a buffer.

Nothing depends on memory

Recorded tasks mean work continues when someone is off sick, on leave or has left the firm.

Consistent quality

Subtask checklists make every job follow the same steps and reviews, whoever does the work.

Visibility for managers

Filters by owner, status and deadline show at a glance what is late, what is due and who needs help.

Practical tips from UK practice

  • Set an internal deadline two to four weeks before every statutory deadline.
  • Use recurring tasks for repeat work such as VAT, payroll and bookkeeping.
  • Break larger jobs into subtasks, including a review step.
  • Comment on the task instead of by email, so the history stays with the work.
