1. Start Adding a New Client 0:00
- Click on the ‘Clients’ button.
- Select ‘Plus New Client’.
2. Import Client Data from Companies House 0:10
- Choose the option to import from Companies House.
- Search for the company’s name.
3. Select the Company and Insert Data 0:18
- Click on the correct company from the search results.
- The system will automatically fill in the data.
4. Enter Engagement Details 0:32
- Input the date the letter of engagement was signed.
- Add the business website and cell phone number.
5. Complete Client Information 0:56
- Click the plus button to add email and authentication code.
- Enter the company’s UDR.

- Click on ‘Contacts’ to view all contacts for the company.
