Explain key steps How to Add a New User in Remindoo
Step 1: Access Settings 0:00
- Click on the Settings button.
- Select Employee List and then click on Show Details.
Step 2: Create New User 0:13
- In the top right corner, click on New User.
Step 3: Enter User Information 0:19
- Fill in the following details:
- Email Address: Enter a valid email address.
- First Name: Enter the user’s first name.
- Cell Phone Number: Enter the user’s cell phone number.
- Role: Specify the user’s role.
- Hourly Rate: Enter the user’s hourly rate.
- Profile Picture: Upload a profile picture for the new employee.
Step 4: Add Services 0:44
- Add services to the service manager as needed based on the user’s role.
- You can add multiple services.
Step 5: Save User Information 1:03
- Click on Save to save the new user details.
Step 6: Invite User 1:15
- Click on Invite to send an invitation to the new user.
- The user will receive an email and can choose their own password to join Remindoo.
