How to do it in Remindoo
- Select proposals to reveal the bulk bar.
- Review the Archive and Delete actions.
- Select tasks to review their separate Archive action.

Tick the proposals you want and use the bulk bar to archive or delete them together. A counter shows how many proposals are selected.

The Bulk Archive feature helps you move multiple tasks into the Archived section at once. Instead of archiving tasks individually, you can select several or all relevant tasks and archive them in a single action. This feature helps maintain a clean and focused task environment while preserving historical records.
What Bulk Archive Does
When you use Bulk Archive:
- All selected tasks are moved to the Archived section.
- The tasks are removed from active views (All, Not Started, In-Progress, Awaiting Feedback, Complete, etc.).
- Task details, progress, comments, attachments, and history remain fully intact.
- The tasks remain accessible in the Archived filter for future reference.
Unlike Bulk Delete, archiving does not permanently remove tasks.
How Bulk Archive Works
- Navigate to the Tasks Menu.
- Select all tasks at once, or
- Manually select specific tasks.
- Click on the Archive option.
- Confirm the action.
All selected tasks will then move to the Archived section instantly.
When to Use Bulk Archive
Bulk Archive is especially useful in situations such as:
- Closing completed projects
- Archiving end-of-month or end-of-year compliance tasks
- Finalising client engagements
- Cleaning up completed cycles of recurring work
- Organising historical records
