Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Accountants answer the same questions every week: is the staff party allowable, salary or dividends, when is my VAT due, what are trivial benefits? Remindoo's FAQs & Support library turns those answers into a reusable resource for the whole team. Each question appears as a card with a short preview and Read More, and the library is searchable alongside your guides and SOPs.
The FAQ set shown covers everyday UK tax and compliance topics: staff and client entertaining, corporation tax rates, Self Assessment deadlines, director's loan accounts and s455, AML and why it applies to accountants, ACSP status, P11D changes from April 2027, client due diligence (CDD) and how often it must be refreshed, Making Tax Digital for Income Tax, business mileage, VAT registration and who the firm's MLRO is.
Opening a FAQ shows a detailed answer with an updated date and Edit and Delete buttons, so content can be kept current as rates and rules change. Adding a new FAQ uses a full editor with headings, lists, quotes, links, images, video, a code view, full-screen mode, Preview and a word count. For a practice, this means consistent answers from every team member, faster onboarding of new staff and fewer interruptions to senior people. Internal FAQs such as "Who is our MLRO?" also support AML awareness training.

Why recording every task matters in an accountancy practice
Accounting firms run on deadlines: VAT returns, payroll, confirmation statements, accounts and Self Assessment. Recording every job as a task, with an owner and a date, is the simplest way to make sure nothing is missed.
Avoid penalties
HMRC and Companies House charge penalties for late filing. A task for every deadline, with an internal date before it, gives the team a buffer.
Nothing depends on memory
Recorded tasks mean work continues when someone is off sick, on leave or has left the firm.
Consistent quality
Subtask checklists make every job follow the same steps and reviews, whoever does the work.
Visibility for managers
Filters by owner, status and deadline show at a glance what is late, what is due and who needs help.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Set an internal deadline two to four weeks before every statutory deadline.
- Use recurring tasks for repeat work such as VAT, payroll and bookkeeping.
- Break larger jobs into subtasks, including a review step.
- Comment on the task instead of by email, so the history stays with the work.
