Search, Columns and Filters for Leads
As your pipeline grows, Remindoo helps you find the right leads fast.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Once a practice has hundreds of enquiries, finding the right one quickly matters as much as capturing it. Remindoo gives you three tools. Search for Leads narrows the list as you type, and the status tabs recount to match. A search for "Harbour" shows All 1, with that lead under Wants to talk to an accountant. Column Visibility controls the table. Standard fields such as Lead Name, Source, Status, City, Turnover and Estimated Value sit alongside your custom fields, such as Type of Business and Payroll & PAYE. You can show or hide each column, reorder it with a numbered dropdown and freeze up to five so they stay in view while you scroll sideways. Filters handle the bigger questions. Combine conditions, for example Status are In-Progress or Cold Lead and Source is Manual, then Save & Apply Filter. The dialog shows how many results match, and active filters stay saved until you remove them. A practice manager can find every warm limited company lead with payroll, or every manual lead that went cold, without exporting to Excel. Good lead tracking for accountants depends on getting answers that quickly.
Search for any lead
Type in Search for Leads to narrow the list instantly. The status counts update to match your search.
What you can see
- Search for Leads box containing "Harbour".
- Tabs recounted: All 1, Wants to talk to an accountant 1, other stages 0.
- One matching row: Harbourline Bakery Ltd, source Manual.
Why it matters: You can see at once which stage the matching lead is in.
Choose, reorder and freeze columns
Column Visibility lets you show or hide columns, reorder them and freeze up to five columns so they stay visible while you scroll. Your custom lead fields appear here too.
What you can see
- Column Visibility: "1/5 frozen", "Showing 16 of 17 columns".
- Lead & Personal Information fields numbered 1–13, from Lead Name to Estimated Value.
- Custom fields: Type of Business, Turnover, Payroll & PAYE, Services Needed.
- Freeze icon and reorder dropdown on each row.
- Check all, Close and Save buttons.
Why it matters: A frozen lead name keeps context across wide tables.
Build filters with multiple conditions
Add as many conditions as you need — for example status is In-Progress or Cold Lead and source is Manual — then save and apply the filter. Active filters show as chips above the table so you can remove them in one click.
What you can see
- Filter Leads, "showing 97 results".
- Filter 1: Status are In-Progress, Cold Lead.
- Filter 2: Source is Manual.
- Add Condition and Save & Apply Filter buttons.
Why it matters: Pipeline questions are answered in seconds.

Why tracking leads and proposals matters
Every enquiry a practice fails to follow up is lost fee income. A clear pipeline shows which prospects need a reply, a proposal or a follow-up.
Faster replies
Prospects often contact more than one firm, so the firm that replies first and clearly has an advantage.
Consistent proposals
Templates and a services catalogue keep scope and pricing consistent whoever writes the proposal.
Signed terms from day one
E-signed engagement letters confirm scope and responsibilities before work begins.
No re-keying
Converting a won lead into a client keeps the details you already collected.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Reply to every new enquiry within one working day.
- Use lead statuses that match your real sales stages, and review them weekly.
- Send the engagement letter with the proposal so the client signs once.
- Record why lost leads were lost, to improve pricing and messaging.
