Proposal Settings
Configure proposal categories by entity type, with variables, ranges, products, packages and product frequencies.
Built for UK accountants, bookkeepers and growing accountancy practices.
How it works
Pricing an engagement depends on who the client is. Remindoo's Proposal Settings organise what you sell by category, with tabs for Categories, Variables, Ranges, Products and Packages. Categories reflect entity types, including less common ones such as Registered Overseas Entity, European Public Limited Liability Company SE, Unregistered Company, Investment Company with Variable Capital, Royal Charter, Northern Ireland, and Industrial and Provident Society. Each category shows how many products and packages it holds, with quick-add buttons.
Products are the services you price, such as bookkeeping, payroll, confirmation statements, start-up year-end accounts, LLP and partnership accounts based on turnover, sole trader Self Assessment and limited company year-end accounts. Each has a status, one or more frequencies (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, yearly) and the categories it applies to, such as Private Limited Company, Limited Liability Partnership, Partnership or Self-Employed.
Setting this up once means every proposal draws on the same, approved price structure. Partners get consistent quotes across the team, sales staff cannot accidentally offer services to the wrong entity type, and recurring fees are set at the right frequency from day one.

Why tracking leads and proposals matters
Every enquiry a practice fails to follow up is lost fee income. A clear pipeline shows which prospects need a reply, a proposal or a follow-up.
Faster replies
Prospects often contact more than one firm, so the firm that replies first and clearly has an advantage.
Consistent proposals
Templates and a services catalogue keep scope and pricing consistent whoever writes the proposal.
Signed terms from day one
E-signed engagement letters confirm scope and responsibilities before work begins.
No re-keying
Converting a won lead into a client keeps the details you already collected.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Reply to every new enquiry within one working day.
- Use lead statuses that match your real sales stages, and review them weekly.
- Send the engagement letter with the proposal so the client signs once.
- Record why lost leads were lost, to improve pricing and messaging.
