How it works
Proposal tracking for accountants means knowing, for any proposal, where it stands and what to do next. In Remindoo you click a proposal in the list to open a quick view. It shows the proposal name and value, status, lead name, pricing, who created it, who sent it (or "Not sent yet"), the creation date and the sent date. The actions you use most are beside it: Preview Proposal, Edit Proposal, Archive and Delete Proposal. That makes it quick to answer a client who rings about their fee, to reopen a draft that stalled, or to archive one that is no longer needed. For the wider view, the Signed tab lists every accepted engagement with its fee, sender and sent date, so you can confirm onboarding has started for each new client. The Kanban view shows the count and total value in Sent and Signed, so you can compare fee income waiting for signature with income already won. For acceptance rate and revenue over time, the Proposals dashboard adds reporting. Together these give partners and practice managers a reliable picture of new business without chasing colleagues for updates.

Why tracking leads and proposals matters
Every enquiry a practice fails to follow up is lost fee income. A clear pipeline shows which prospects need a reply, a proposal or a follow-up.
Faster replies
Prospects often contact more than one firm, so the firm that replies first and clearly has an advantage.
Consistent proposals
Templates and a services catalogue keep scope and pricing consistent whoever writes the proposal.
Signed terms from day one
E-signed engagement letters confirm scope and responsibilities before work begins.
No re-keying
Converting a won lead into a client keeps the details you already collected.
Practical tips from UK practice
- Reply to every new enquiry within one working day.
- Use lead statuses that match your real sales stages, and review them weekly.
- Send the engagement letter with the proposal so the client signs once.
- Record why lost leads were lost, to improve pricing and messaging.
