Bulk Reassign
The Bulk Reassign feature allows you to reassign multiple tasks at once to specific team members or entire teams. This is especially useful when managing workload distribution, team changes, or project restructuring.
How Bulk Reassign Works
- Go to the Tasks menu.
- Use the tick box above the task list to:
- Select all tasks at once, or
- Select multiple specific tasks manually.
- Once selected, choose the Reassign option.
- Select the team member(s) or team you want to assign the tasks to.
- Confirm the reassignment.
All selected tasks will now reflect the updated assignee(s).
