The Bulk Archive feature in Remindoo allows accounting firms to archive several inactive client records in a single action. This helps maintain a clean and organised client database without permanently deleting historical records.
Single or Bulk Client Selection
From the Client Management module (Clients menu), firms can:
- Select individual clients by ticking the box next to their names
- Select multiple specific clients
- Use the main tick box at the top to select all clients
Once selected, a small pop-up action menu appears. The fourth option, “Archive,” allows you to archive the selected clients instantly.
Safe Record Management
Archiving moves client records out of the active client list without permanently deleting them. This ensures that:
