The Bulk Add Sub Tasks feature allows you to add the same sub tasks to multiple parent tasks at once. Instead of manually opening each task and adding subtasks individually, you can apply them in bulk with a single action. This feature is especially useful when multiple tasks follow a similar workflow structure.
What Bulk Add Sub Tasks Does
When you use Bulk Add Sub Tasks:
- The selected subtask(s) are added to all selected parent tasks.
- Each task retains its existing details, status, progress, comments, and history.
- The newly added subtasks become part of each task’s workflow.
- Progress tracking for each task will now include the new subtask(s).
This ensures consistency across tasks without repetitive manual entry.
How Bulk Add Sub Tasks Works
- Navigate to the Tasks Menu.
- Use the tick box above the task list to:
- Select all tasks at once, or
- Manually select specific tasks.
- Click on the Add Sub Tasks option.
- Enter or select the subtask(s) you want to add.
- Confirm the action.
The selected subtask(s) will now appear under each selected task.
